Right of withdrawal

 

  • 1.     RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

    We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your membership will be on hold for 14 days after which it will be closed. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date, and you wish to retain your Subscription, you will be subject to current payment plan offerings. You can view your payment method at any time by logging in to Wellesleymcs.org.uk, sign in to view and edit your account details.

    Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase. The Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

    CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    A.    Cancelling Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

                                                             i.            Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased on Wellesleymcs.org.uk (and any other websites owned by Wellesley Management and Consultancy Services Limited

    If you have purchased an automatically renewing Subscription on Wellesleyymcs.org.uk and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to Wellesleymcs.org.uk, clicking the down arrow next to your username, and selecting "Settings." Click the "Membership" tab, then "Edit Membership" and "Cancel Recurring Membership." Except as provided below, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

                                                           ii.            Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased through Worldpay or Paypal

    If you purchased an automatically renewing Subscription through the Worldpay or Paypal and would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to send us an email to cancelorder@wellesleymcs.org.uk.

    Note: Certain recurring memberships initially purchased with PayPal will require you to cancel directly with Paypal.

     

    B.     Seeking a Refund for Automatically Renewing Subscriptions Purchased on Wellesleymcs.org.uk through Worldpay or Paypal

                                                             i.            Annual or Quarterly Subscriptions Purchased on Wellesleymcs.org.uk.com

     

    If after cancelling your automatically renewing annual or quarterly Subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us with the request within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase or in the case of a renewal, no more than thirty (30) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Subscription at the time of refund and your account will revert to Basic Membership.

                                                           ii.            Monthly Subscriptions Purchased on Geocaching.com or Google Play

    If after cancelling your automatically renewing monthly Subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us with the request within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase (i.e. the first time we charge you). If you cancel during that initial fourteen (14) day time period, we will refund your first monthly Subscription fee and your account will be closed

    If you choose to cancel your subscription beyond the fourteen (14) day time period, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Following cancellation, your Subscription will expire thirty (30) days from your last payment.

    C.    Cancelling a Non-Renewing Subscription Purchased through the Wellesleymcs Website

    If you wish to cancel your annual non-renewing subscription and request a full refund, you must email us to cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase. We will terminate your Subscription at the time of the refund.

    D.    Cancelling a Renewing or Non-Renewing Subscription Purchased through the Apple iTunes App Store or a Third Party

    If you have purchased a Subscription through the Apple iTunes App Store, Apple's in-app purchase refund and cancellation policy applies. You may be able to find tips on requesting a refund from iTunes on the web.

    If you purchased your Subscription through another third party, such as a Wellesleymcs distributor, please contact that party for information about refunds and cancellation.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees for a Subscription purchased on our website will not be refunded if the membership has been cancelled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions Agreement.

    2.     GIFT MEMBERSHIP POLICY

    A Gift Membership may only be redeemed for a one-year Subscription.

    A Gift Membership allows the recipient to purchase a new Subscription, upgrade their current Basic Membership or extend their current Subscription by one year. Using the Gift Membership with an automatically renewing membership will increase the membership renewal date by one year effective at the current date of renewal. After the year has passed, the membership will continue to auto-renew.

    3.     MODIFICATIONS

    We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
